The Hostplus Member Centre and Hostplus Online Join Tool (“herein referred to as the Member Online Tool or Tool”) are internet based superannuation registration and administration facilities provided by Host-Plus Pty. Limited (Hostplus) ABN 79 008 634 704 AFSL 244392, RSE Licence No. L0000093 as trustee of the Hostplus Superannuation Fund ABN 68 657 495 890 RSE No. R1000054 MySuper No. 68657495890198 which incorporates Hostplus Pension; through its Administrator Australian Administration Services Pty Limited ABN 62 003 429 114 which forms part of the Link Group of companies.

The Member Online Tool is made available to Hostplus members or prospective members joining the fund.

The Member Online Tool houses information transmitted to us electronically, by phone or on paper and any information provided by Host-Plus. The below Terms and Conditions relate to use of the Member Online Tool.

You acknowledge and agree that:

  1. the Member Online Tool can only be accessed after completing the member registration process. We reserve the right to deny access to or refuse registration to any person at our discretion.
  2. access to the Tool is only available to you whilst you are a Registered User and hold current username and password credentials.
  3. once access is granted, any actions using the username and password assigned to that account will be deemed to be made by you or with your authority, and any Information provided to us is complete and accurate.
  4. you acknowledge and accept that we cannot verify whether the user of correct username and password credentials is the correct ‘Registered User’;
  5. access to the Member Online Tool will remain subject to the Terms and Conditions on this website, the Hostplus Privacy Policy, disclaimers and any additional terms and conditions or statements contained on the Member Online Tool collectively referred herein as the Terms and Conditions;
  6. the Member Online Tool may not operate on a continuous basis, and may be unavailable from time to time, including for maintenance purposes;
  7. Hostplus reserves the right to revise the content appearing on the Member Online Tool, functionality of the tool, the Terms or Conditions or withdraw access to this website at any time without prior notice to you. Except where the change relates to any fee or charge for the use of the Tool;
  8. variation of Terms and Conditions made under the above provision will take effect immediately. Any subsequent access to, or use of the Tool by you will constitute an acceptance of those modifications;
  9. the Tool may rely on data feeds from external sources. If there are delays in these data feeds, transactions and account values may not be current.
  10. to the extent permitted by law, Hostplus makes no representation for the accuracy, reliability or completeness of the information contained in the tool, nor does it take responsibility for any loss or damage whether direct, indirect or consequential arising out of, in connection with, or any use or reliance on the information provided; whether or not caused by any negligent act or omission.
  11. Hostplus does not accept any liability for information provided by third parties.
  12. you indemnify and keep us indemnified against any loss or damage or cost incurred by or in connection with any breach of these Terms and Conditions or any other legal obligation by you or your use of or conduct on the Member Online Tool.

You represent and warrant to us that you:

  • will keep all passwords, account names, and log in identifiers required to access the Member Online Tool confidential and secure and if you become aware that unauthorised access or use of your password has or may have taken place you will change your password immediately and contact the customer service centre on 1300 467 875 to inform them your username or password has been compromised, lost or misplaced;
  • will not use the Member Online Tool in any way that causes, or is likely to cause, the Tool or access to the Tool to it to be interrupted, damaged or impaired in any way;
  • will not attempt to use the Member Online Tools for any unlawful, criminal or negligent purposes; including but not limited to harmful, malicious access, disclosure or destruction of data, infringing the intellectual property rights of any person, and injection of computer viruses and intentional invasion of privacy.

The terms ‘our’, ‘we’, ‘us’ and Trustee are to be read as a reference to Hostplus.
